Thank you for shopping at Treasures & Junk Antique Mall. Below you will find all the information you need about how we process and ship your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods.

4. Shipping Carriers

We ship via the following carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The carrier used will depend on your location and order size.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be displayed at checkout.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

7. Antique & Fragile Item Packaging

All antique and fragile items are carefully packaged with protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@treasuresandjunkantiquemall.shop — we can only make changes before the order ships.

9. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment. We are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.

10. Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for next steps.

11. Signature Requirements

High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery. You will be notified if this applies to your order.
