Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping at Treasures & Junk Antique Mall. We ship antique, vintage, and collectible items with great care to ensure they arrive safely.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind and require special packaging, handling time may vary. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Carriers We ship using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (available at checkout for select items)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons. We are not responsible for carrier-related delays once the package has been handed off.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item's size, weight, and your delivery address. For large or fragile antique items, additional handling fees may apply and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Fragile & Oversized Items Many of our antique and vintage pieces require extra care in packaging. Fragile items are wrapped and packed with professional-grade materials. Oversized or heavy items may require freight shipping — if this applies to your order, we will contact you before shipment to confirm costs and arrangements.
Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 US states.
International Shipping At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We ship within the United States only.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website or through our Order Tracking page.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@treasuresandjunkantiquemall.shop with your order number and photos. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
