At Treasures & Junk Antique Mall, we take pride in offering authentic antique, vintage, and one-of-a-kind items. Because of the unique nature of our inventory, please read our return policy carefully before purchasing.
Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, you must contact us at support@treasuresandjunkantiquemall.shop within this window to initiate a return.
Item Condition Returned items must be in the same condition as received — unaltered, undamaged, and with all original packaging or wrapping materials included.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Items explicitly marked "Final Sale" or "As-Is" in the listing
- Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
- Custom or specially sourced items
Antique & Vintage Condition Disclosure All antique and vintage items are sold in pre-owned condition. Natural wear, patina, minor chips, or age-related imperfections are part of an item's history and are not considered defects. We describe item condition as accurately as possible in each listing.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@treasuresandjunkantiquemall.shop with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrectly described.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrived damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right at no cost to you.
