Return and Refund Policy

At Treasures & Junk Antique Mall, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your request must be submitted within this window.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in its original condition
  • Item is in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
  • Item has not been damaged after delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
  • Gift cards
  • Items explicitly marked as Non-Returnable on the product listing
  • Unauthorized returns (returns sent without prior approval)

4. Antique Item Condition Disclaimer

All antique and vintage items are sold as-is. Minor signs of age, wear, patina, or imperfections are inherent to antique pieces and are not considered defects. These characteristics are described to the best of our ability in each product listing.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@treasuresandjunkantiquemall.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

6. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@treasuresandjunkantiquemall.shop with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without prior authorization.

7. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

8. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and issued to your original payment method.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order may have already been processed for shipment and cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at support@treasuresandjunkantiquemall.shop if you need to cancel.
